five years ago I was told I had autism. I felt like a fucking disappointed and fell into a deep depression. However, upon further investigation we realized no signature was ever placed under it. It was never official. I got a check done a week ago and the results came in today. I have nothing at all.

It cost me;

a relationship
plenty of friends
a decent physique to triple chin
my job and potential jobs

All 'cus I just gave up.

Are you saying you were wrongly diagnosed, or that the diagnosis was somehow "unofficial"?

The medical notes stated I have a form of austim but the doctors never sign off on the austim, thats all i know, i just hate the doctors made me like this.

Rationality is probablistic at levels where genesis is taken as a variable. There's not a bunch of objective reasons why you should live, but I can give you quite a few to die for.
