I went for lyme disease test

Today I was diagnosed with HIV for a battery of test that I went for lyme disease. They took a blood test for hiv antigen and antibodies and after many hours of seaching the internet, I'm still not convinced that I could have it. I'm not in any kind of risk group and am very drunk atm.

I've read alot that lyme and syphilis(which I'd rather have) can cross contaminate the result or something. But still, what if?
