Biological equality of the races VS eugenics. Discuss.

Let's first weed out the known-to-be-shitty genetics, like short and ugly people. There's some blacks with great genetics, it would be sad to see the genes die out. I'd rather incorporate them into the final master race (albeit in a highly diluted form).
