I drank a bit much last night and I'm stuck with a soft rumbling in the bottom of my gut, I've already thrown up until I couldn't force out any more haha. So I probably won't throw up anymore right? Also anybody know some food to avoid during this, or anything that would help. Thanks

I've always had lows in December for 4 years now. Then during the year it gets a bit better. I just feel so lonely and lifeless... Life is so boring to me, in my free time I usually stay at home and browse forums or watch TV. If I go out it's for grocery shopping, nothing else because I have no friends I could hang out with.
