I want to get back my ex, but I've having problems. We broke up earlier in the year because I was looking at porn when she didn't want to have sex. We remained good friends afterwards and had casual sex a lot. We went to an anime convention and after that we were pretty much dating again. Soon after we returned my clinical depression came back after being gone for years. My boss let me have time off until I'm better. But she started texting a guy who she met through church but lives a state away. We stopped hanging out as much and after a while he came to visit. The guy really wants her and she just wanted to be friends. She let him know nothing would happen, but when he came to visit they made out the whole time. She then told me all about how they made and and told me that it made her want to kiss me again. I thought "Oh, okay, fuck it." and then she started spending a lot more time talking to this guy. I was having a really bad night last week and she was ignoring me and I ended up taking a bunch of pills. Now that I'm out she's still fucking with me. Pretending I'm a guy from craigslist responding to her ad about a double date (there is no ad) So what the fuck do I do? She's clearly trying to mess with my head.

I'd never be with someone who doesn't let me be free and be myself. Having anyone control your life is obviously a very negative aspect of your relationship unless you can't control it yourself.
