Just wanted to start a discussion thread. Why do all you Atheists hate the fact that people have a faith? It's their lives, not yours. Let them believe in what they want. We will never know who is right so why not just shut the fuck up?

As an atheist, I'd like to begin by clarifying that I don't believe that god doesn't exists, but I don't believe he does either. It can't be proven one way or the other, so I can't side with either side. With that out if the way, I have a question for you religious folk. If you beileve god exists, why do you worship him? You depict him as a loving god who treats everyone equally. How can you bring yourself to beileve that with everything happening around the world. Famine, war, murder the list goes on. If this guy really does exist, I would never bend my knee to such a malicious beast. So why do you?
