I sometimes randomly have these things i call surges/micro blackouts, where i will randomly feel a "frameskip" of consciousness and a huge vibratey feeling mentally on my vision, i'll kinda refocus suddenly. It feels really powerful and happens too quickly to describe in detail, anyone have similar experiences and know what this is?
