Oh /lounge/rs, would you be so kind as to help a man decide where he wants to live? I ask only you fine gents and ladies because the diversity of this board is amazing. People of all 50 states and many different continents are here.

Colorado, Oregon, Washington all seem to suit my needs. I want to own many fun guns, hike the wilderness, make good money (I am a nurse, working toward Nurse Practitioner), meet a sexy wife who isn't fucked up in the head, and have a great place for my (future) kids to be raised. I don't want small town feel, I'm from upstate NY and small towns have been ruined by this area. It's just horrible. I want to live in suburbs of semi-city and small enough to know who's who now and then.

I ask of you, please tell me about each of these states and if you can't contribute about them, bring up other states! I have been to Colorado Springs and I loved it so much, I'm curious as to whether or not I should move there.

Of course with the medical field I can live in all of these places, but I'd like to settle at one for a while and see what it's like.
