How can the law enforcements tell if you downloaded an image vs just viewing it online?? even when just viewing the image means its been downloaded to some place like temp internet folder.. Anyone know what it is about?

What are you even asking?

If you get virus, your computer is confiscated for further investigation. Forensics will tell if you downloaded it or not.

If you're uploading an image, it's a sure tell you've got it stored.
