Got first job 6 months ago after graduating with a civil engineering degree - end up working for the last 6 months as an engineer in railway project delivery. Careful to never put a foot wrong in the job, always produce good work.

Complete my 6 month probationary review and they claim my technical work is good, but I fail the period on my teamwork and networking skills which they claim are poor.

They have extended the probation period by 3 months.

What should I do to benefit myself before I get sacked in 3 months time?
