mental health issues and no job.

Lost job, need to pay rent, dealing with mental health issues for at least 4 years. Last year during November I went clinically psychotic with symptoms of schizophrenia and depression, likely due to laced cannabis. Once I was out of the hostpital and they wanted to test for bipolar I cold turkeyed the fuck out of professional help and medication. Olanzapine was nice while I had it, can't afford anti-psychotics or anything though. What I can only describe as a man eater and maybe satanist / demon made me break 4 years ago. Had delusions and constant horrid nightmares trying to find her and apologize. I'm beginning to slap myself really hard again, just for the sensation. I did that before I went psychotic last year while I was working at Target to keep myself focused while I was developing delusions. Fuck mental health, and this brain.

I like to help the world and spread the good word about fixing all mood disorders. I am a PhD student of neuroscience working on schizophrenia. I will tell you guys the truth is that the problems of the mind will not be fixed with targeting random neurotransmitters with different pharmaceuticals.

The actual way to fix nearly all mood disorders from depression to anger disorders to schizophrenia is actually very simple. You must adjust the words that your mind tells you. The negative or confusing voices that you hear in your head are due to the punishment/reward system that your mind habituates too due to the hostile and confusing environment that us humans must interact with.

To fix this problem you must through force of will and discipline think highly and positively of yourself. You must tell yourself time and time again how great you are and how the external enviroment does not AT ALL influence your internal mood and thoughts. Try to, whenever you mind spontaneously leads to negative or destructive thoughts, think a positive and optimistic thought to counteract the problem.

Give yourself a month or two of doing this and any mood disorder you might have will be cured. Trust your anonymous friend. Trust me.
