Ive decided to fake a job offer so he'll quit.

I have his phone number and facebook. This is what I want to do

Send text saying mutual friend from his old work place recommended him
Get him to forward resume
Set up phone interview from an email with company logo and signatures etc. make it look legit
Get my friend to talk on phone
Call back 2 days later offering him job with better pay and conditions
Tell him to hand in two weeks notice and come see me in new year.
Tell him to keep it quiet cause the other person is he's replacing has been embezzling money and I need to get rid of him.
By the time he quits and goes to the place suit and tie it'd be too late.

Back story, the guy is an absolute cunt. Constantly trash talking me to others and on my case over shit I didnt do. There's been multiple instances where other team leaders and employees have come to me and told me to watch my back cause he's trying to get rid of me. Managers and everyone else is fine with me EXCEPT this prick. Apparently he's been hassling a few other people that aren't even in our department. Asides all this he never does much work either which means more work on my end and when I don't get everything done he'll get on my back even more.

When I asked him to send my proposal for full time work he lied and said they denied it when he never sent it as well.
So /lounge/, what could go wrong here? Just need advice. Also, any stories of getting rid of other people would be appreciated.

People don't quit until they have new jobs lined up. You'd need to fake an interview and paperwork

The one thing I'll say though. Is you can never tell anyone. In fact I'd pay an actor to do the interview with this guy. Pay him in cash.
