Buddhism make the most sense

Is it me or does Buddhism make the most sense as a religion/belief? It doesn't force you to believe in different parts of it, in fact you are recommended to test out the lifestyle to see if you think it's worth anything.

Buddhism is pretty good shit, but it has been a bit infected by mythology; they have a lot of unnecessary rituals and mythology.
Original taoism is god tier.

You're right, BUT:

- Buddhism is still anti-materialist, anti-sex and anti-science.
- Buddhists invented ridiculously complicated, and mostly useless, systems of philosophy.
- Because the Buddha was so open-minded, most actual Buddhists believe in various gods and idols. At least Christianity stamped out a lot of retarded superstitions.

The only precept about sex is "Don´t hurt others with your sexuality" or something like that.
About science, I don´t think so; the actual lama even said that they will change their beliefs if science finds out they were wrong.

The problem with knowledge based on spiritual and mystical experiences is that it will sound weird if you try to translate it to words or logical systems. That´s why we always find a lot of strange supertition to explain it all.

I think a good solution is to speak with metaphors, analogies, etc, so you are not really describing (degrading) the knowledge, but guiding people to get to the same experiences you got.
