So i live in St. Louis city and a friend inside the police dept says they know the grand jury decision and its being announced monday morning, he won't be indited (surprise surprise).

i dont support their cause but if they are gona terrorize my city i don't want to miss out on the fun.

Any ideas to rile the troops /lounge/?///

In all seriousness OP I think you should just do something like this. Grab a bunch of buddies and stand outside stores and businesses (WITH CONSENT) and protect locals from vandals and other hoodlums. Even if you don't shoot anyone, you'll know that you did something positive for your community by deterring looters just with your own armed presence.
