Does anyone have any experience with background checks? I need to know if my employer will see anything when I go in for a promotion next week, I'm terrified that they'll fire me because I'm in sales and I shoplifted, and I know they don't care that the case was dismissed.
Are there any sites that I can use to know this by tomorrow and for under $50?

If you go in for the promotion looking anything like a hobo, trust me, you have NOTHING to worry about.

Don't bother, just tell them you did something very stupid many years ago, tell them you were a foolish youth and you regret what you did many moons ago.
