classic college experience

I didn't come out of my shell until I was into college. Eventually I got around to going out, partying, drinking, and I even got a gf, but I still felt short of that classic college experience.
I graduated a year ago. I spent most of the last year getting myself positioned in the job market, working out, and improving my wardrobe.
Now I feel like I'm where I should have been at whern I started college, and until just recently I didn't think that would be a problem, but I'm suddenly realizing that maybe the post college 20s are different than I thought. I look my best I ever have. I could easily pass as a college student still and some have confused me for 18/19, but it doesn't matter does it. Once someone finds out I'm nearly 24 I'll be "old".
I guess I always thought of the years 23-29 as a sort of overlapping time between youth and adulthood. You're not a kid anymore and you have responsibilities but you're still in your youth, so you can still do those those youhfull things. But I guess I was wrong, youth ends with college. I guess I wasted my youth.
Anyone else going through this realization?

Going into the military and plan on going to college when I'm done. It's a good thing these Asian genes will keep me looking 15 till I'm 30

>>1bullshit. post college 20s are better. More expendable income, same general responsibilities, can still fuck college girls.

What the fuck are you talking about? If you want to party and drink and fuck lots of girls your 20's are the best time to do it. You should be cooler than you were in college, have cooler friends than you did in college. If people you talk to think 24 is "old" then my only guess is you are hanging out at clubs for high schoolers.

Nah you can still be a free spirit at this age. I'm 23 and I'm still a little off the walls. Of course depending on where you work, if it's an office, it depends on the office culture (laid back or strictly professional). I like to think that this is when you start to really define your personality and it'll naturally ripen as you get older.
