Well OP, first you have to get your priorities straight. 1. You're living in a fully civilized western society. That means that others will a) respect you for who you are and b) understand that by shunning you just because you have aids, they're actually discriminating against a minority sexualized group. 2. It's important to remember that what happens to others is collateral, whether they realize you have AIDs or not, it was their decision to sleep with you and you shouldn't feel guilty about it. Worst case, they can say you raped them, but at the same time, that won't hold up very well in court, and I suspect you can counter-sue them for hate crimes since it's illegal - at least where I'm from - to discriminate against homosexuals and / or genderqueers.
