Africa is the way it is today for a reason. All of Europe, Asia, North and South America managed to evolve beyond straw houses thatched together with mud and shit. They had just as much time as everyone else, yet they still live with minimal technological and economical growth. The technology of "ancient" Rome seems like witchcraft to modern day African people. Fuck it man. Let it stay the way it is. There isn't much we should do to 'help' there. We have our own problems to worry about.
