What have I missed?

A year and a half ago I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease called grave's disease. It causes the thyroid gland to over produce thyroid hormone. It put me in the hospital a couple days and I almost died. One of the long term effects is the anti-bodies also attack the muscle groups behind my eyes causing my eyes to bulge out of my face. This makes me pretty unsightly. As soon as my doctor lets me get orbital expansion surgery I will be alpha as fuck.
