This is the basic story:

I live with my dad (he is 56 years old), my parents are divorced. I have a sister which lives with my mom. I do not speak with them, we're basically dead to each other.

Anyway, I live alone with my dad and there's a family who lives across the street from us which are two alcoholic parents and a 15 year old girl.

Anyway, this girl has been coming to my house maybe 3 or 4 times a week for a couple of years now. My dad says he is helping her with her homework and whatever since her parents do not care about her.

I believed it for a while, and since I had a job that require me to travel a lot, I really didn't care about it or paid much attention to it, until recently. Ever since I've been home constantly for the past few months, I've started to notice all these creepy details.

For example:
- My father has bought this girl several presents, including an iPod, Ray-Ban sunglasses, clothing.
- I found out he threw her a 15 year old birthday party at a very fancy hotel in town (I was not in town for this, I found out about if from a neighbor)
- He has her photo as a background on his phone
- They text constantly
- I once entered my dad's room while they were 'studying' and I found them both lying on the bed sleeping
- He takes her to our beach house on weekends

A few weeks ago I borrowed my dad's car and I found this card from the bitch that said 'I love you' and a bunch of hearts drawn on it.

I found this very creepy and started investigating, how did the parents of this girl did not complain or found it strange that she spend so much time at my house.
According to a neighbor (a different one from the one I mentioned before), my dad's driver accused my father of molesting the girl and her parents found out. He was fired and apparently my dad settled with them for 30k.
Also, he is now a legal tutor of the bitch (I've confirmed this).
