My cat is afraid of everything and spends all day hiding in my room away from everything else and even has a bitter look on his face until I pet him, then he just looks sadly hopeful and eventually disappointed when I stop

He's spent his whole life jus hiding away from shit, just sitting and resting with a miserable look on his face, his brain rotting away with no stimulation all because of fear, missed out on everything in life, he was provably beaten as a kitten. He follows me everywhere and loves when I hold him like a baby. he is the sweetest and most loving cat I've ever seen by far.

And yet we're still going to die alone because it isn't good enough for women to be so loving if you ever admit these feelings

buy your cat a pet guinea pig or something bigger that it won't kill, maybe better to not leave them alone when your out.
