Can someone help me understand this? So it's wrong for a white guy to say nigger, but it's okay for a black person to say nigger. But isn't the very definition of racism to limit someone based on their skin color. Sounds like the blacks are the ones being racist.

Honestly the argument that Brown might have harmed Officer McMurderguilty is stupid, his duty is to protect and serve others, not himself. He should have been willing to be hurt or give up on the chase if it seemed like anyone BESIDES HIMSELF was going to come to harm, including the suspect. Seriously. Unless a guy is pointing a gun right at you, you don't get to shoot him, at all, ever, and if you do you're a murderer in 100% of cases. He should at the very least AUTOMATICALLY been guilty of manslaughter and his career should have been so over that he wouldn't even have to be asked to clean out his locker and not come back.

The exchange for getting to do a job that's fun 99% of the time, easy as fuck, makes a living wage and is one of the only career not requiring a master's degree or better to recieve a real pension from...should be that if you have to be a responsible motherfucker, should be that if you screw up anything, once, ever, you're gone.

Are the protesters in Ferguson heroes?
On Saturday August 9th a black student by the name of Michael Brown in Ferguson was days away from going to college, when he was stopped by a police officer, for walking in the middle of the street. After an aggressive argument with Officer Wilson, things turned violent. Witnesses report, that Mr. Wilson had reached for Brown’s neck and threatened to shoot. The police say they had both battled for the gun, and a shot was fired inside the car. Multiple witnesses have said Michael put his hands up, and some even went far enough to say he was also saying “don’t shoot.” This has resulted in three days of violent, and peaceful protests between 21,000 citizens and the Ferguson police force. But the protesters in Ferguson are definitely not heroes. They believe they are fighting for a good cause, worth bringing attention to; but fail to realize that they are basing all of their ideals on what Stephen Colbert has coined to be ‘truthiness,’ Or believing something is true, simply because it feels true. The story that Michael Brown was surrendering with his hands in the air is an utter fabrication. What even seems to be the goal of the protests? You could ask five different supporters and get five different answers; which only proves that this isn’t a protest organized at any cause in particular but rather an excuse for a bunch of average people to take to the streets because they think their general outrage somehow justifies with this shooting incident.

What protesters are not paying attention to, is the witness reports saying he did not have his hands up, and the ones saying Michael was being physically aggressive majority of the time. Michael Brady on an interview with CNN, had said “I didn’t see no hands up; if he did I probably just missed it.” This would seem to match the report of a witness who went by Josie on CNN, not wanting to reveal her last name. She had said “Michael just bum-rushes him, just shoves him back into his car, punches him in the face.” She had also said the two men fought over Wilson’s weapon, which had gone off inside the car. Afterwards, Brown and Johnson fled, but then “All of a sudden he just started to bum-rush him; he started to run at him full speed,” she said about Michael. “He just kept coming; it was unbelievable.” Afterwards Wilson had opened fire again, killing Brown, she stated. Someone who posted a cell phone video to YouTube of the aftermath of the actual incident; accidentally captured a conversation of witnesses talking about how he had turned around and charged the police officer after running a short distance. Though the video is now deleted, it supports what other witnesses have said. Some of the other eye witness reports, claiming he had his hands up, were from his friends (and robbery accomplices). Some supporters of the protests might say, there has always been a lack of equal justice between the police of Ferguson, and it’s black citizens. To whom, make up sixty-nine percent of the town. Which would be the reason for the protests, not just for Michael Brown, but for the tension and hatred that has built up over the past couple years, due to this racial inequality.

I have always noticed that people love to talk trash about the police in any area, as if they were all scum, who do no good for anyone. In my own personal experience, there is a definite correlation to someone’s hatred of the police, and their level of criminal activity. This has been shown in the violent portions of the protest, which took place at night.
These protest have solved nothing for our society and only spread ignorance, through the use of biased eye witness reports. This is a demonstration of the people in Ferguson using a fabricated situation to show their hatred for the police force. Whether it’s an excuse for violence, or because some people feel as if Michael is innocent; it’s apparent that these protesters are not heroes, but just average people looking to complain. Wilson apparently did not know at the time, that Michael Brown was the thief that had been reported. After all, why would a police officer shoot a man, just for not wanting to go on the sidewalk like he had told him; isn’t it clear he told him to do it for his own safety?

One thing I don't understand is liberal politicians and local anti police governments cutting police funding, which cuts into good training and equipment, yet want us to handle every situation like a movie ninja and have access to every non lethal tool to avoid a deadly shooting. Are we supposed to dig out a grand to pay for our own personal body cams or a thousand for our own tasers? If we don't get the funding granted to us by the local government, we don't get the gear.

Have you ever shot someone before? This isn't Hollywood fuckhead. One bullet isn't going to immediately put him down on the ground. Double tapping someone is the minimum, even for something as big as .45. Six shots isn't a lot at all in this circumstance. Also you never shoot to harm. You shoot to kill. As a South African, I can say without being racist that black people are wild savages with no regard for morality or human life.
