So, /lounge/.. I was a psych major and I am switching over into computers. I have always had an interest in them and want to go to this since I realized my other career option didn't fit my personality at all. I'd probably be fucking miserable. So, in this field what are some good jobs to look into and what are the best degrees in your opinion if you have experience in the technology sector.

I'm looking at software engineering, CS, network analyst/security analyst for my Bachelor's. For my Master's I'm nto sure but am considering security analyst masters. opinions on this idea?

don't waste time on the degrees focus on certs. Cisco and Citrix and Oracle are the bigs right now.

Degrees help though. A master's or PhD does have some benefits. I do intend on getting the certs too though.
