Any one please help looking for a manga that I was reading and I cant remember what it was called!! I first read about it on Fakku and another website, but now I cant find it so I was wondering if you can please help me!

Was about a guy who dropped out of college and his parents thought he was still in school. He played a lot of video games and had a mess at home, at nights he liked to stalk a cute girl cause he liked her. Suddenly one day he wakes up in the body of the girl not knowing what happened. He then goes to see himself but his own body at his place is still the same. So he is now in the girls body and doesnt know where the girl went or who is in his own body. Also the last chapter shows the girl masturbating but its the guy soul i guess exploring the girls body... please help..
