I am stuck with a stupid iPhone until September 2017 thanks to my girlfriend wanting me to have it so we can FaceTime and I can FaceTime with my son.

However, I don't like it. I'm definitely an Android person. I just personally like them more. I get many prefer iPhones "basic" ways and feel they're better, but I don't. I find them glitchy these days and slow. Their camera isn't as good as everyone claims and they're limited.

I can't wait to be able to get my Samsung.

Anyone thinking of getting the Samsung?

I'm an Android person too. It just feels more comfortable to me. Both my girlfriend and mother have Iphones and while they are nice I dont get the uproar over them. Maybe back in 2007 but now there are just TOO many better (and cheaper) options out there. I dont feel the need to pay $800 for a damn phone I dont care how 'amazing' touch 3D is.

Touch 3D is ridiculous. A bad gimmick that the brainwashed Apple Heads buy into.

They aren't that good. I would rather get my Samsung or HTC than dumbass Apple. Plus, they're so limited. I don't get the hype.

They're more about status now than actually having a good phone. Apple=Higher status is the phone and computer world for WHATEVER reason

That's the thing I don't get because they ARE so limited!!! You can't even customize the damn phone. Why not???? No SD storage to speak of either and third party apps can just be a pain in the ass to use. My mother wanted me to change her ringtone for her phone. On my phone I can do it and it takes 30 seconds with a few clicks. But because she wanted a specific third party ring tone I had to use *beep* Itunes just to put it on there. Then I had to transfer the dumb ringtone over to it and that loaded it on the phone. It took 20 mins to get it done. It was ridiculous! Because Apple makes it a pain in the ass to use some third party apps on purpose.

Android is just so simple and because there are so many phones now it just makes it painless to transfer things to other phones at any time. Apple just feels too damn isolated to me.

Now this isn't some anti-Apple rant, I dont give a damn if people like the phones. They are nice, but for the money you are buying you should have waaaaay more convenience than you get with those things.
