Yo, called my gf around an hour ago when she just collapsed. Called the paramedics there and just few minutes ago I got a call from some paramedic that she has some type of lung embolism and her situation is critical.

The thing is though, that I moved to different country this summer to study. So I can't just go at this moment to her.

My gf with which I've been together for 6 years (planned to propose her at our anniversary day in January) may be dying at this moment and I can't even be beside her. She may also be already dead, I have no fucking clue.

So how shitty was ur day?

It's not that I wouldn't want to, it's just that the earliest plane or ferry which goes back to the country from which I'm from leaves in like 5 hours, and to add to that I have to travel for like 3 hours on bus, train or taxi or whatever to get where she is.
