If no one is going to cool that's about what you can get. Get some fruit though.

If this is your diet, you are in lousy shape and must feel groggy a lot. Eating well is not hard

1 - buy some fresh fruit. Whatever you like, but its best to get whats in season. We are moving into citrus season now (oranges, grapefruits, etc) you should eat at least one piece of fruit every day.

2 - some meat. You can get pork chops or chicken breasts or small stacks to start with. they cook well in a heavy pan on the stove or you can broil them in your oven. Chicken takes about 10-15 minutes, but a steak or a pork chop is like 5-8 minutes. get a thing of Krazy Jane's Mixed up Salt and lightly sprinkle any of these for seasoning.

3 - yogurt. preferablly not yoplait or cannon, as they have a lot of sugar, but anything would be an improvement over what you are eating.

4 - some veggies. Broccoli is easy to steam on the stove or in a microwave. Asparagus can be baked, boiled or sautéed. brussell sprouts can be bought frozen or fresh or are pretty easy to just boil/steam.

that is a good start. Maybe some eggs, if you are down with it. Also, get some prepackaged salad mix and add stuff to it, like olives, peppers, onions, garbanzo beans, boiled eggs, whatever you like. Go easy on the dressing and try to avoid stuff like ranch or thousand island.

soon you can progress to stuff like ground turkey or beef and spaghetti sauce and noodles.

Buy ready-madesoups, you just need to heat it on the stove or micro and they help with your digestion.

You know those raw veggie + dip combo platters? Get one to snack on, they're great.

Sandwhiches man. Grab different sliced meats, breads, and cheeses. That and some belpeppers onions pickles mustard and mayo and experiment with sandwhich combos.

Chicken patties are microwaveable and can be added to a lot of stuff and be good.

Yea, there are really austics like this, i wouldn't be his friend. If he wouldn't put the effort into cooking for himself imagine how lazy and selfish he must be to everyone else.
