I usually squat down with ass as close to the floor as it can get and spread my legs as much as I can. In that way I create the widest gap I'm able to, I then start by using dry toilet paper and don't stop wiping until it's as clean as can get. After that I use wet toilet paper (preferably hot watered) to get the last stains out, Now that it's perfectly clean I put a finger inside, just to make sure there isn't anymore left - there usually isn't, but sometimes I smell my finger just to be absolutely sure. If it doesn't smell at all I consider my asshole a perfect 10/10 clean.
