Researchers Konstantin Batygin and Mike Brown say they found the planet through mathematical modelling and computer simulations, and have not yet observed the object directly. But they are convinced it is there.

Probably that's why.

I think it is possible that other, alien, more advanced species just ereased themselves when they discovered that there is no point in living and entropy cannot be reversed. Everything will end, even if we conquer the whole universe.

The thing that distinguishes one element from another is the number of protons in the nucleus. We already know all the elements from 1 proton (Hydrogen) to 118 protons (Ununoctium).

The thing is, once you get above 92 protons, you don't find the elements in nature any more. They have to be made artificially.

So maybe that's true on Earth, but not elsewhere? No. Once you get over 110 protons or so, the elements are MASSIVELY unstable. Atoms of element 110 and above decay within milliseconds of being created. So there really can't be planets with lumps of these elements on them, because they'd just decay away to nothing in a fraction of a second.

Now there are suggestions that there might be what they call "islands of stability" - super large elements that are more stable than others. So maybe there could be very unique stable elements that are found in nature. But it's very unlikely.
