In the classroom I'm one of the best, and as far as physics and math are concerned, I am a go-to person when it comes to solving problems and explaining concepts that the rest of the class has trouble grasping. I'm part of the clique of students who always work on difficult homework, and perform well on it, according to the professors. My professors really believe I have capabilities when it comes to solving problems when we're working them out.

But when it comes to exams, I do not perform as well. I do poorly (well, on the class average). Maybe it's linked to the fact that I was not a good student in high-school and never learned how to take tests affectively.

Seeing as this is mainly a test-based educational system, I'm missing out on opportunities other classmates take advantage of.

How can I improve my test taking skills? This is a big problem, see, as a really good semester might end with a grade much less than it deserves.

I don't want to believe that I am not as intelligent as the classmates who perform well, since when we're solving problems together, or do homework, I do better.
