Assume for a second, that a place existed in the future that was designed to take in neckbears, NEETS, and generally unproductive, talentless people and turn them into decent members of society. This place would work with said people to become ambitious go-getters and increase their internal and external worth.

You are hired by this organization assigned to create the standard for this institution. How would you go about changing these peoples lives for the better? What would need to be available and what process would you use?
