Why aren't you using Brave Browser?

Why aren't you neets using Brave at least part time? It's like Chromium with a real builtin adblock. It might be in Beta now but it's available on everything. Totally open source.

Brave blocks harmful advertising
There's a new ad game in town. It's called "Malvertising". The latest display ad technology can install malware on your laptop without your knowledge. But not with Brave watching your back.

Brave redirects sites to HTTPS
We've integrated HTTPS Everywhere into every Brave browser to make sure you are always moving your bits across the safest possible pipe.

Brave blocks Tracking Pixels and Tracking Cookies
Do you ever get that feeling that someone is watching you when you see an ad for something you bought a few days ago? We make sure you aren't being tracked while you shop online and browse your favorite sites.

I think you probably mistook this board for /g/, but in case you did not:

It's like Chromium but with builtin stuff
No, it's not built-in, most of its UI and privacy stuff is bundled extension and/or nodejs gizmo running completely on the side as another process. That's the problem I have with brave - its overall clunkyness - and subtle annoying bugs, typical of nodejs applications. Similiar problem to Vivaldi. Writing nodejs code is perhaps cheap, but who though doing a browser chrome that way certainly did not learn from Mozilla's XUL mistakes.

Chromium isn't exactly a saint either, but when it's not currently busy contenting locks or eating up all RAM, it's still the snappiest browser out there - the only JS running is that of websites and extensions, not the browser itself. Obviously you need one patched removing all that default google crap (ungoogled-chromium, inox).

I am a paranoid bitch that wants to use Tor for the explicit purpose of hiding my browsing history from my ISP. I'm only going to use it to watch legal porn and browse 4ct.

Can I still use google chrome for my email and regular browsing and can I have them both open at the same time? I know not to use one for the other.
