C-32 is a code or writing a plane
How it works:
For each vowel you jump forward 10 letters this
For each Circular letter or any part ciruclar as Q, C, D, j u jumps 13 letters against this (vowels not fall into this rule)
For each letter formed only by lines like L, T, Y etc ... vc skips 5 letters below.
Z and S change places with each other and never part of the Portuguese alphabet has 27 letters bills because of this rule are only 25.
It is a code to plain text encoding then does not include commas or its translation ends up being very dry.
Leaving clearest case u use the 'Y' letter you start counting from the letter "A" which leads to replacement for "E" do not forget to always ignore the "Z" in the count.
