I was asked to test a game for a person over steam (I'm a dumb shit) for his computer science class but it turned out that he hijacked my steam account and took all my shit. However, he didn't delete the email that contained his IP address and now I have it.
What can I do to fuck him up?

tldr; fell for phishing scheme, got steam account hacked, lost all stuff, but have the person's IP.
