Here goes the looney left again. What a moron!

Sarah Silverman calls for military to overthrow President Trump

http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2017/02/02/sarah-silverman-calls-for-military-to-overthrow-president-trump.html

Sarah Silverman has called for a military coup against President Donald Trump.

The comedian posted in all-capital letters Wednesday night to her nearly 10 million followers to "wake up & join the resistance."

She added, "Once the military is w us fascists get overthrown. Mad king & his handlers go bye bye."

11:41 PM - 1 Feb 2017Silverman tweeted amid the violent riots that broke out in Berkeley, California, over Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos' now-canceled speech at UC Berkeley.

Director Judd Apatow, known for "Knocked Up" and "Trainwreck," said in a now-deleted tweet about the riots, "This is just the beginning. When will all the fools who are still supporting Trump realize what is at stake?"

Filmmaker Lexi Alexander chimed in, defending the riot on Twitter telling her followers to "punch Nazis," "riot when your college invites a Nazi," and "set it all on fire."

Sedition is almost never prosecuted because it has so many
broad protections of free speech under the first amendment.

Anti-Semitism increases day by day and hour by hour among the nations

Its immediate cause is our excessive production of mediocre intellects

When we sink, we become a revolutionary proletariat, the subordinate officers of all revolutionary parties; and at the same time, when we rise, there rises also our terrible power of the purse.

Except that none of that is actually true, it is just more Russian propaganda.

So there is no sedition because it never actually happened.

That is just more fake news meant to make Trump look like a hero.

Admit yoar roal.

Go ahead and make a move on a conservative at an event and see what happens. I really wish I could have been at some of those riots so that I could have thrown some rocks at some heads and fell on the back of some of your people's legs and torn their ACL. I would leave them with reminders of why they shouldn't do what they're doing.

No surprise that Apatow deleted his tweet. He doesn't want a visit from the Secret Service.

42 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 04:17
First of all, Sarah Silverman has a long and ugly history of saying absurdly racist things and not only getting away with it, but justifying it and refusing to apologize for it.

Secondly, does this idiot really think the US military -- which is overwhelmingly conservative -- is going to side with a bunch of bratty, petulant liberals who regularly call them "baby killers" and denigrate them by saying they're dumb hicks who enlisted or commissioned because they had no other options in life?

Hollywood's disrespect for the military is well documented and consistent. These people are so divorced from reality that they really think the military would help them? lol. Both Silverman and Apatow should be visited by the Secret Service.
43 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 04:27
Of course they do.

They have two favorites books:

While this was obviously a dumb thing to Tweet, it does raise an interesting question. This country was founded on the overthrow of the existing government. And many argue that the 2nd Amendment is in place in order to allow citizens to fight back and overthrow their government. When you take those two things into account, why should it be illegal for 'the people' to advocate for the overthrow of the government that is 'for the people and by the people'? Let's imagine that the US Federal Government actually becomes some kind of despotic dictatorship. It would be illegal for people to even advocate overthrowing their overlords.

The actual law for those wondering:

>>18 U.S. Code § 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government
Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

As used in this section, the terms “organizes” and “organize”, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.

There was no such thing as Americans back then, they were all British, so yes, terrorists.
50 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 05:29
Only difference is that when overthrowing the British...the Americans were united.

Not at all. Many 'Americans' at that time had no interest in fighting a war in which they saw no benefit for themselves. This is historical fact. I suggest you do your research in the future before making such an ill-informed statement, unless you don't mind looking like a fool.
51 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 05:35
Not having an interest in fighting a war...and objecting to the systematic reasons for fighting a war are completely different. Liberals think since they are crying the loudest that they're the majority and should be allowed to speak for everyone. The people on the right are remaining quiet for the most part, while completely disagreeing with the lefts ideology.
52 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 05:40
Not having any interest in fighting a war = not united. The majority of whites in the colonies at that time were indentured servants, little better than slaves. They were not interested in fighting what they saw as a rich man's war and thousands were FORCED to do so. Again, this is historical fact.

I'm not addressing the rest of your rubbish post as it is just that, rubbish.
53 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 05:44
Seeing it as a rich man's war does not equate to completely disagreeing with the ideology behind it. The left wants to force military action so they can put their ideology in place...fuck what everyone else thinks...or how they voted.

It's fucking arrogant and childish. We put up with 8 years of Obama's liberal BS. It's someone else's turn now.
54 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 05:49
The left wants to force military action so they can put their ideology in place...f/ck what everyone else thinks...or how they voted.

If you believe this is true, and I'm going to take you at your word here that you do, then how do you not understand that people being forced to fight in the Revolutionary War is the exact same thing?
55 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 05:54
Wow. I think you're the last person to be waving your ass around bare like you know history. Even your crack and hole has many cracks and holes.
56 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 05:59
Not at all. Many 'Americans' at that time had no interest in fighting a war in which they saw no benefit for themselves.

This is correct. The conservatives wanted to stay an English colony. The liberals wanted independence and fought for it.

Yikes. And what if those advocating 'sedition' are the vast majority of citizens? Or if those advocating the overthrow of the government are actually 'right' and the government no longer represents the people or their will? Throw them in the gulag anyway?
59 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 06:20
Yikes. And what if those advocating 'sedition' are the vast majority of citizens?

First of all, I'd hardly call those who did not vote Trump a 'vast majority'. Second, Yikes! Are you saying she is right and most people want to over throw the government? Third, sedition is sedition and anyone plotting it should be jailed. Calling them gulags sounds facist.

I'll repeat: There is only one thing that makes sedition OK: if you win.

I never heard such crap while Obama was running the country against what millions believed in. It stinks of 'sore loser' to me.

I'd hardly call those who did not vote Trump a 'vast majority'.

Nearly 40% of the eligible voting population didn't vote. Add that to the number of disenfranchised voters (felons, people without proper I.D., those whose names were scrubbed off voting rolls, etc.), and add that to the number who voted Hillary or 3rd party and you have yourself a vast majority. The numbers are here:

If they didn't vote then it shows that the liberals attacks of making Donald Trump so unacceptable that they had to come and vote for Hillary just to stop him didn't work.
62 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 07:49
Perhaps you're right, but that 40% has typically stayed home regardless of who was running for president. My comment wasn't meant as a partisan attack, numbers are numbers, they have no ideology.
63 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 08:12

No, no, no! You don't get to add to the numbers with your foolish assumptions of calling 40% disenfranchised voters. Lazy would-be voters maybe, but not disenfranchised. There is no 'vast'.

Next, the most absurd leap against logic of all, is assuming all those people are OK with overthrowing the government.

Is everyone on the left completely out of their minds?
64 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 08:31

Thank you for saying that. It saves me the trouble. Also the mother of all eff ups that these losers make is to think that those who didn't vote - if given another chance - would automatically have voted Clinton! The narcissist, arrogance force in strong in the libtards.

66 Name: Anonymous : 2017-02-03 09:13
Unsurprisingly my point has gone over your head. Nowhere in my post does it state that 40% of eligible voters are disenfranchised or that they are ok with overthrowing the government. Try reading it again. Though if you couldn't make sense of it on the first go round, I have very little faith a second attempt will clarify things for you.
