I don't know about "in history;" there's quite a few for-profit colleges and TU wasn't necessarily any worse than DeVry, ECPI etc. But it was definitely a complete scam that is quite reflective of Trump's character (or lack thereof).

Same? I don't see every other course getting sued for false advertising.

Trump university promised teachers self picked by Trump, and a picture with Trump instead they got a cardboard cut out. Pretty stupid things to be paying for in the first place, basically only morons would get conned by Trump. But that's the crazy thing, Trump does these bait and switch on stupid people and they just fall for it.
