Just looking at some online discussions that accused them of such, but was unable to really get any explanations on them. Or what their politics are that actually make them that?

Any countries' Nationalist members will be accused of being haters, racists, misogynists, Islamophobes, homophobes, etc, especially as long as non-whites, women, Muslims, and gays do not identify politically as Nationalists themselves.
