Factual Feminist: Rape culture is a myth

1 Name: Anonymous : 2016-12-23 19:28
This is what happens when feminists actually uses facts, reason, and logic.

Part 1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZrzCAuiw7w
Part 2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dq3Ju_sI_Ew

I figured I would post this since there are too many idiots here who actually believe there is rape culture in the US

Rape culture is 100% real. The fact we elected a sexual predator as president should have revealed this to everyone

Bill Clinton was quite the sexual predator and serial rapist..But of course women voted for him too.
4 Name: Anonymous : 2016-12-23 23:11
Is the proper conclusion that women approve of sexual predators?

Why else would so many women vote for one?

If romance novels are anything to go by, then yes.

Asking a feminist about men's rights is like asking a cattle rancher about veganism.

Neither Clinton nor Trump is: women trade one commodity, and this is sex, and unlike whores, they don't state clearly the price of their service, or when they're willing to fulfil their part of the bargain.

So at times you will get the service after the first date (expensive gifts, fancy restaurants etc. pp.) and at times you, the man, got nothing in return even after the 4th one. At least, in general, after the fourth one it is hop or top - either you get the service or the thing is over - but does a man has any right to sue the woman who ripped him over?!

Anyway: this leads to irritation that is later called rape when the woman was or is not content with what she got out of it, or when she thought she had deserved more or a bonus when the men rised to a prominent status like Clinton => Paula Jones.

Do you really say Paula Jones was raped by Clinton?
I'd say she is sour because of what she got out of her business encounter with Clinton after she learned how he rose.
7 Name: Anonymous : 2016-12-24 02:38
Well then why wasn't Trump arrested for it then?

That's not rape culture; that's chauvinism culture.

Perhaps if you'd spent decades pointing that out, you'd have convinced more people (certainly more men) to listen but instead you hysterically screamed RAPE culture so everyone who had even the most basic reasoning skills found you to be idiotic -- only the fully paid up members of the shrieking banshee version of frothing-at-the-mouth feminism bought into the narrative.

Once again, you are your own worst enemy.

Idiots.

Rape culture is victim blaming, sexual objectification, trivializing rape, denial of widespread rape, refusing to acknowledge the harm caused by some forms of sexual violence, or some combination of these.

Victim blaming examples:

2006 words from the judge, "They made their intentions publicly known that they wanted to party."

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-37970790

http://www.cnn.com/2016/09/12/world/robin-camp-rape-comments-trnd/

There are millions more.

Trivializing rape:

"you don't care about it happening in Africa"

"some women lie about it"

Using the phrase "non-consensual sex" in reports so universities don't look bad.

"It might just be a regretted hookup"

Well, that about covers it with just the first two categories from the definition. Seems like you were wrong.

Then "rape culture" is a pretty terrible description since it implies the opposite of all those things. "Rape culture" suggests people are promoting rape, that they think rape is good. US prisons have a "rape culture". US colleges on the other hand have a false rape culture.

Funny. Cause it was a women who wrote that article.

"You gave the idea that everything was okay, you accepted wine, then there was the dancing, kissing," she said in her column. "You can't blame him for thinking a sexual connection was all right. Frankly, I understand why the guy misunderstood."

"There is no intention of victim-blaming, just an attempt to point out that one's actions have consequences," Ms Chopard said in her statement.

She wasnt victim blaming , but pointing out the "Anonymous" girl that her actions were stupid.

BTW..As the title says Teenage magazine sparks anger over 'victim-blaming' rape advice

Why would there be outrage in rape culture? Wouldn't everyone be cheering this article on? Sounds like you're full of shit.

How did he get punished if rape culture exists?

"you don't care about it happening in Africa"

what?

"some women lie about it"

Are you denying women lie about rape?

I suggest you educate yourself with the links I provided that has a real feminist with actual facts. In every article you posted there was backlash..So much rape culture when your links are contrary to what you were trying to prove

You will have to rewrite that if you want me to make sense of it.

How did he get punished if rape culture exists?

Are you joking? How does having rape culture (victim blaming, sexual objectification, trivializing rape, denial of widespread rape, refusing to acknowledge the harm caused by some forms of sexual violence, or some combination of these) exclude people from being punished of rape?

what?

Exactly. Go read the other thread on rape. You will see lots of examples of this nonsense.

Are you denying women lie about rape?

No, and I would include those women as part of rape culture.

So are you still denying rape culture when it obviously exists? When the definition has been provided for you with evidence to back it up?

I suggest you educate yourself with the links I provided that has a real feminist with actual facts.

I suggest you argue with me with reason instead of fallacies. I've provided facts and your no true Scotsman does not counter that in any way.

In every article you posted there was backlash..So much rape culture when your links are contrary to what you were trying to prove

You will have to rewrite that for me to make sense of it.

Then by that cretinous logic, we also live in a murder culture, a pedophile culture, a crime culture.

Note how NONE of those phrases exist though (because only incompetent people whose ability to reason has been compromised by emotion and narrative would espouse such a stupid, incorrect and gender baiting phrase).

You are part of a cult.

So you have agreed it exists. Good for you, believing in something that exists.
15 Name: Anonymous : 2016-12-24 10:31
I agree that your definition of rape culture exists but that calling it rape culture turns the message into hysterical and biased hyperbole that makes its advocates look unreasonable and utterly disingenuous.

Congratulations on educating another generation of women that... they must always view themselves as victims (coz that positive message always works).

A description of reality turns it into hysterical and biased hyperbole that makes its advocates look unreasonable and utterly disingenuous? Interesting. I bet you are fun at dinner parties. I couldn't imagine what you think of animal nomenclature.
17 Name: Anonymous : 2016-12-24 11:54
Are you a little slow? The point is that RAPE culture is not a description of reality. It is a description of emotional blackmail.

And what's more, it has (like all SJW tactics) backfired. Never has society been more sceptical of rape. You people did that. With your ridiculous rhetoric.

So you've made society more skeptical of you AND educated women to see themselves as victims.

Excellent work all round.
18 Name: Joe Nigger !DtiNiggers : 2016-12-24 12:22
Are you a little slow?

Do you have no argument that you must resort to an ad hominem?

The point is that RAPE culture is not a description of reality.

How did I just provide evidence of it happening in reality then?

It is a description of emotional blackmail.

I can't wait to see your argument behind this. How is denying rape is widespread emotional blackmail? How is blaming a rape victim for their rape emotional blackmail? Oh, I see your point. The people participating in rape culture are emotionally blackmailing rape victims. You are so smart.

And what's more, it has (like all SJW tactics) backfired.

I don't know what an SJW is or their tactics.

Never has society been more sceptical of rape.

Evidence?

You people did that. With your ridiculous rhetoric

Description of reality isn't rhetoric.

So you've made society more skeptical of you AND educated women to see themselves as victims.

You have made me skeptical of you. Why can't you spell a word the same way twice? Well, at least you got that people emotional blackmail rape victims by participating in rape culture right.
19 Name: Anonymous : 2016-12-24 13:04
Do you have no argument that you must resort to an ad hominem?

Yes, but for some curious reason you continue to ignore the argument (describing it as rape culture is entirely political rather than factual) and focus instead on parroting your own position in the hope that no-one will notice that you are in fact the one who has no argument. All you have is a narrative and a political outlook that blinds you to reality as it contradicts what you want reality to be. This, by the way, is a description of living in an echo chamber. You should look into that before you're inevitability dismissed by everyone you meet as an imbecile.

How did I just provide evidence of it happening in reality then?

You didn't. You once again engaged in intellectual dishonesty by conflating aspects of a sexist/chauvinist culture with what you (and your kool aid drinkers) refer to as rape culture. The point (which you continue to pretend not to understand because you're either someone who only wishes to engage with biased political narratives or because you're simply a moron) is that those two things are not the same thing no matter how many times you dishonestly try to make it so. Rape culture is not a thing and attempting to pin it to something else as evidence of it's existence only proves that you are a liar. You could just as easily describe rape culture as women existing in a world where penises also exist. It amounts to the same gibberish.

I can't wait to see your argument behind this. How is denying rape is widespread emotional blackmail? How is blaming a rape victim for their rape emotional blackmail? Oh, I see your point. The people participating in rape culture are emotionally blackmailing rape victims. You are so smart.

Why would you claim that you can't wait to hear my argument when you have in fact already heard it? Oh yes, that's right... because you're pretending not to grasp the argument and have created a non existent straw man to focus on instead. I am now apparently endorsing emotional blackmail of rape victims? Hmmm nope. Again, your intellectual dishonesty shines through (or your stupidity). Secondly, rape is not widespread. I mean, it just isn't. You're an idiot.

I don't know what an SJW is or their tactics.

Then you should google them. Your people are waiting.

Evidence

You want evidence of the thing that made you believe that rape culture existed in the first place? Durp okay.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8515592.stm

http://www.sbs.com.au/news/article/2014/09/17/drunk-women-blame-rape-according-1-5-australians-survey-finds

Description of reality isn't rhetoric.

Nope, still not a description of reality. No more so than saying penises exist therefore rape culture is real at least. Your intellectual dishonesty (or stupidity) once again reveals itself. Instead of conflating one (mildly irksome) culture with another more repugnant and violent culture perhaps spend more time asking why you want those cultures to be the same thing. It might teach you something about yourself. The rhetoric does not describe reality; instead it pressures people to accept a narrative.

You have made me skeptical of you. Why can't you spell a word the same way twice? Well, at least you got that people emotional blackmail rape victims by participating in rape culture right.

Emotionally blackmail not emotional blackmail, sweetie. Now let's get back to me pwning you as you hide behind straw men and continued intellectual dishonesty (or just down right stupidity... still not sure which) and then you double down and claim that people emotionally blackmailing rape victims is any part of my argument whatsoever. Are you sincerely stupid? Seriously, I'm asking because I've lost count of the amount of times you've attempted to misrepresent my position.

Also, please explain the grammar of people emotionally blackmailing rape victims by participating in rape culture. I'm not sure you understood any of those words and simply used them in an attempt to repeat my own words back to me because that's what unthinking parrots do. Please clarify how "people emotional blackmail rape victims by participating in rape culture."
