Did Putin invent the "fake News" about Obama and Hillary backing the dictator Zelaya in Honduras, the coup in Egypt where Obama helped replace Mubarak with the Muslim Brotherhood dictator Morsi, or the calls for regime change in Libya and the invasion and toppling of a sovereign state to run guns to exact a regime change in Syria ousting Assad?

If the definition of hacking is to use technology to exact regime change, then Obama and Hillary have hacked at least half-dozen foreign elections. Most of us knew over eight years ago that Obama was a Hack. We just didn't know that he was a "hacking hack."

Not as much as the U.S. influence in Chile when Salvador Allende was overthrown.
Not as much as the U.S. influence in Iran when they installed the Shah.
Not as much as the U.S. in Guatemala or all the other countries in the Americas.
Sure as hell nowhere near the effect of Jim Comey had.

They never tried to confuse people like Rump when he told voters in Florida to vote on November 28th.
