Europe is suffering from a case of hystorical amnesia

In the long term, the Balkan countries do so much business with Germany that they can effectively be forced to store all these masses of newcomers until Western Europe decides what to do with them. And then to basically get stuck with thousands if not millions of unskilled, dissatisfied people with nothing to do, who will have their expectations shattered. In a territory that's still reeling from almost a decade of genocide and civil wars between, basically, Christians and Muslims (ex-Yugoslavia). And elsewhere, an economic crisis that's so horrible that Nazis are in parliament (Greece). How do you think all that will play out?
While in Western Europe itself far right political parties are on the rise, due largely to the ineptitude of the European left, a term used very loosely, to offer any solution whatsoever. A bit like Weimar Germany back in the day. And again it seems to escape most people that once fascists (which is all these parties are, any way you slice it) take over, they never stop at immigration, and that no fascist was ever good at running a country.
So if you're like me (cautious toward immigration but basically a leftie), you're stuck between a rock and a son of a bitch. You're in favor of integration, but you know that real integration would require measures that leftists would never approve of. Because how do you educate a young male from a devastated country who has never participated in an actual production process to conform to European laws and labour markets? Well, you'd probably have to employ some tactics more akin to brainwashing than education. With kids, you'd probably have to remove them from their families to a great extent. And the biggest problem, you'd have to get the entire native population to then not treat these people like pieces of sh-t. Then you could have something approaching integration.
One more hard pill for European leftists to swallow - immigration is such a huge deal BECAUSE of the welfare state. If you've set up a welfare state through generations of hard work, you can't expect people to be thrilled when someone shows up with nothing but their bare ass, feeling entitled to it. So either restrict the open door policy, or restrict the welfare state.
I mean, this will either end with integration measures no one has ever seen before, or it will end with shoot-to-kill zones on the borders and mass transportations of people to, let's say, an uncertain future. Which the EU was founded in order to avoid.

That has been my position since this whole migrant crisis started.

Keep digging your hole. Nobody can trust whatever comes out from your mouth!

Ah, stalking me on other boards instead of replying to my points where they are made. How trustworthy of you.

Your points are null, your only point is that you, once again distort what is said. The report is from MOD indeed, the numbers are overall. But keep going, you are almost there. Why don't you say that Israel sold the sarin to Assad, and Israel will start WWIII. Keep going, you are almost there. You're nothing but a crap and most likely a sock puppet.
Besides, I'm not stalking, just saying what I think about you.

Brain washing and forced removal of children? What sort ot Europe are you envisioning? The solution is to simply close the door on migrants. Have strict quotas of the number that can apply, out of that all the eligable will be selected and the rest deported. Maye have a migrant month, from Jan to Feb, the rest of the time the borders are closed.
My solution is to have a women and children only policy. Europe cannot accept millions of migrants, it's just not possible, so we accept the most vulnerable, women and children.

What is your obsession with your children.

I know English isn't your first language, but at least try to make sense.

Wasn't that my point? You either prepare people to exist in the host society or somehow keep them out. "The number that can apply?" None of these people applied, they just showed up. And they won't stop showing up just because some of us don't like it. Deportations ... Where, exactly? Who are you going to arrange it with on the other side? The failed governments of Afghanistan, Syria, etc.? The Turks? That's where they came from. The "close the door" ship had sailed the moment Merkel opened her mouth.
So again, either measures that most people won't agree with, or a shoot to kill policy on the border, which is the only thing that will keep people out. Until they get pissed off and we have actual war. Is that the Europe YOU'RE envisioning?
As far the people already in Europe. They're staying, forget about it.

You don't need a shoot to kill policy, you can close the borders. Tony Abbott did it in Australia, and it worked. It's harsh but looking at what has happened in Europe, apsolutley necesarry.
Migrants will not come of hey know there is no benefit system for them, no welfare, no housing, and no chance of getting in. They will go elsewhere.
Russia is skint and has lots of land, Europe could pay them to process migrants.....I imagine they would be far less keen.
