I think the whole notion that these are refugees has been shown to be utterly wrong.

Did you see the report about Canada offering immediate relocation to Canada to 28,000 refugees in camps and only about 100 took up he offer, most citing family issues as to why they could not get on a plane now? But Feb would be okay.

Doesn't exactly paint a picture of desperation, does it, if they prefer to wait till February before moving?
