I think Labour will eventually be replaces by an openly Islamic party (once they have high enough numbers to vote for one rather than settling for the useful idiots in Labour). Otherwise, I agree this is most likely.

The alternate reality, albeit less likely, is the one in which people wake up in time and there's a civil war soon. If this doesn't happen, I just hope I'm out of here when things get really, really bad - if America still exists, they'll hopefully take me as an asylum seeker.

It was booming for many years under Blair but I can't remember you giving Labour any leeway for that when you criticise high immigration when they were in power.

As far as immigration from the EU is concerned, of course it's to do with the economy. Why else would people go to any place?

A load of poor countries joined the EU in 2004, so the influx went up, they fucked off when it got bad in 2008, and now they are back. Nothing to do with any government, just to do with being in the EU.
