So nearly all the cases where a 'white juvenile' commits a crime against a black victim (ESPECIALLY in places like NYC. L.A. NOLA, Houston) it's actually a 'vato'. Hell, the Vatos "ethnically cleansed" some areas of L.A. (San Dimas, Covina, Pomona, parts of Compton) of black residents with scarcely a peep out of the 'outrage industry'.
