For trying to kill cops.

This must be a republican newspaper. If the newspaper was a democratic newspaper they wouldn't say he was here illegally, they would say that he was just undocumented. I guess now it's not politically uncorrect to call him an illegal immigrant since he is in jail for trying to kill.

The man who police say ran over an off-duty officer before being shot by police is in the country illegally and had been deported three times, immigration officials said. Eduardo Gonzalez-Rios, 29, is out of the hospital and is being held in the Dallas County jail. He has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault against a public servant and is being detained on an immigration hold.
