But why does he say in the next breath-- after we get them out, they can come back in?

Throw them out with E-verify, or rather they will self-deport when employers decline to hire them because they get fined a boatload of bucks that makes it cost ineffective to hire illegals.

Then institute an immigration policy for skilled workers where truly there are not American workers who will do the job.

Why let the unskilled dregs back as anything other than temporary guest workers, when they cost more in social services and driving wages down by competing with Americans at the lower wage range, than they would ever "contribute"?
