I never thought I would see the day.

Now the jocks are taking over the the halls of scholastic learning.

I remember when it was hard for them to "make the grade" to keep their "Sports Scholarships."
Now they seem to own those halls WITH THOSE SAME "sports scholarships."

Anything that is entertaining and makes money wins.

Alumni have been cashing in their donations for a Bowl Game and have left scholastic learning behind in the dust.

Actually, the Alumni of these big universities never really cared about anything else, did they?

Things really aren't changing--they are just becoming more clear.
If there was any doubt who the piper was, there is no doubt anymore.

I learned this awhile ago, the far lefties can be just as crazy as the ones on the far right, in a way they're worse because universities/governments/other institutions lend them validation. Even if they're right about a lot of things, it doesn't mean they're right about everything, but they act like it.
