When things don't go their way, and they know they are guilty, they resort to lies in order to get out of the consequences.

This kinda reminds me of all the minorities claiming "racism" for no reason.

Well, they got the cameraman to go away. Seems rather pragmatic.

And civil servants who plead the fifth (which they like anybody have the right to do) or just straight up lie. So, what's your point? This is human nature. People who take responsibility for their actions wind up nailed to a cross, depending on who's doing the punishing.

People lie.

Even in the face of the truth.

And they use any weapon they can.

Racism, sexism, false rape claims, etc.

Which discredits society as a whole.
