It does not matter what the courts say, Obama is still scheming. It would not surprise me if gives an executive action, regardless what the courts issue and dare someone to take action against Obama if he does. So far only the courts have pushed back, because no one has the balls and Obama knows it.

Well, 26 States have pushed back pretty hard

Obama is a douche but I do not believe he is so far gone as to ignore the federal Courts

If he does it the GOP wont accept it.

I think even some Dem's would balk at it, an action so flagrant would set a bad precedent that would come back and bite them in the ass
