He shouldnt have resigned. Im not sure what that accomplishes really other than calming the actions of those people. He took one for the team.

Should have done his job or at least made an effort and listened to the students.

I know why he resigned and the answer is $$$$$$$. The football team refusing to play would have cost the cost megabucks. He wouldn't have resigned had the math students refused to attend class. This wasn't a black victory; this was a green victory.

They should if it stops them from doing their job or even caring about the people who have a grievance.

They shouldn't resign....BUT they should make a public apology for being white, and acknowledge their white privilege on national television.

If they DON'T do this.....THEN they should be fired.

Anything less....and that would confirm their racism, and nobody wants to have a racist working for them. Because than that means the entire company is racist.
