It's called the Mandela Effect

This is both a "share your experience with..." thread and a "someone fucking explain this" thread.

It's called the Mandela Effect. When you have a vivid, perfect memory of something happening or existing, yet it was completely different in reality. Some of them are shared between countless people, yet there's no documented proof. Do you guys have anything that you swear happened/existed, yet there is no evidence of it?

Mine is an excerpt from a kids' cartoon/ animated short from the 90's. It's a little song about a hyperactive girl named Midge that begins "Midge is so fidgety, she's got too much energy...".

And yet, I CANNOT find evidence of this jingle. I can hear the cadence and tune of the thing, and I KNOW it exists. Do any of y'all remember this?

Another dumb example I just remembered is the kids' book series "The Berenstain Bears". TONS of people remember it being spelled "BerenstEin", to the point where people will swear on their mothers that it had the E. I'm one of those people too

But SERIOUSLY, where the fuck is that "Midge is so fidgety" song from? PLEASE tell me someone else remembers this
